The focus here is on matters that affect your company’s personal health and fitness. If your company is whole and healthy, it can better withstand attacks from all sorts of threats: lawsuits, audits, nuisances and more. Knowing what to do and why is a big part of what’s going on here. Once you get that, your company can be constructed to become the fortress you hoped it would be when you created it.
